入选标准
- •1. COPD patients GOLD stage II to IV.
- •2. Age between 40 to 80 years old.
- •3. Good communication, cooperation, and cognition.
- •4. Stable COPD (without acute exacerbation in the previous 4 weeks).
排除标准
- •1. Medical diagnosis history of cardiovascular disease or related to the contraindication of exercise.
- •2. Home oxygen therapy (for at least 15 hours per day) or SpO2 < 88%.
- •4. Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders.
- •5. Recent surgery.
- •6. Spontaneous bone fracture.
- •7. Acute lung embolism, lung infraction, or infection.
- •8. Severe arterial hypertension (Resting of systolic >200 mmHg or diastolic of >110 mmHg).
