Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. COPD patients GOLD stage II to IV.
- •2\. Age between 40 to 80 years old.
- •3\. Good communication, cooperation, and cognition.
- •4\. Stable COPD (without acute exacerbation in the previous 4 weeks).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Medical diagnosis history of cardiovascular disease or related to the contraindication of exercise.
- •2\. Home oxygen therapy (for at least 15 hours per day) or SpO2 \< 88%.
- •4\. Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders.
- •5\. Recent surgery.
- •6\. Spontaneous bone fracture.
- •7\. Acute lung embolism, lung infraction, or infection.
- •8\. Severe arterial hypertension (Resting of systolic \>200 mmHg or diastolic of \>110 mmHg).
