入选标准
- •Adult subjects with KDIGO stage 3 AKI who recover completely to serum creatinine of <50% of baseline.
排除标准
- •Underlying chronic kidney disease
- •Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- •Active Malignancy
- •AKI secondary to obstruction
- •AKI due to glomerular diseases
- •Patients in whom AKI is a part of systemic disease affecting kidneys ex- Systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc
- •Patients taking Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system blockers at 1 month after recovery from AKI
