1. Age 18-70.
2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for dry eye: ? The patient complained of one of the subjective symptoms including ocular dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, redness, and visual fluctuation, with OSDI (Ocular surface disease Index) =13 points.
?Fluorescein breakup time(FBUT)=5s or noninvasive breakup time(NIBUT) <10s, Or Schirmer ? test(SIT)=5mm/5min.
? 5s Dry eye can be diagnosed if conditions ?+? or ?+? are met.
3. Pre-intervention self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score =50.
4. People are conscious and can communicate with others normally.
5. People cooperate with the researche voluntarily.
1. Patients with serious diseases of major organs, such as heart failure, lung failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
2. Patients with severe mental illness.
3. Patients with systemic diseases related to the occurrence of dry eye, such as rheumatic immune diseases, sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, thyroid diseases and diabetes.
4. Congenital ear malformation, ear infection, allergy to tape or seeds.
