Inclusion Criteria
?ASA Grade lI to lll; ? Age =60 years;? No coagulation dysfunction; ?Total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty were performed initially;? The preoperative
MMSE score was higher than the lowest value of corresponding educational level.
Exclusion Criteria
?Preoperative psychiatric or
neurological disorders;? A history of drug
dependence; ? patients with severe visual or
hearing impairment; ?Abuse of opioids; ? The follow-up survey was not completed; ? Unable to communicate with effective language; ? Patients who could not cooperate with the score determination.
