Inclusion Criteria

recognised occupational diseases (lung and respiratory diseases: BK 4101,BK 4103, BK 4111, BK 4301, BK 4302, BK 1315)

Exclusion Criteria

- none of the recognised occupational diseases
- (occupational) oncological diseases in the last 2 years
- pronounced limitations of the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system
- cognitive deficits, language misunderstandings
- physically active persons (if regularly at least two times a week for at least 30 min)

Primary Outcome Measures

Primary outcome is the physical active level, which is assessed by activity monitors (ActiGraphGT3x+®) and the questionnaire PROactive visit questionnaire clinical version. These data will be collected three weeks before the start of rehabilitation as well as two, six and twelve months after rehabilitation.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Further mental health and other relevant parameters that are associated with physical activity will be assessed three weeks before the start of rehabilitation as well as two, six and twelve months after rehabilitation. These include physical Fitness (Six-Minutes-Walktest), quality of life (Chronic Respiratory Questionnaire), self-efficacy (COPD Self-efficacy Scale), Motivation (Questionnaire for motivational Self-efficacy), depressive symptoms and anxiety (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, COPD Anxiety Questionnaire).<br><br>
