Inclusion Criteria
Patients with symptoms of radiating pain from buttock and lumbar region to back,thigh,calf region and feet.
Patients who are fit for Basti Karma
Exclusion Criteria
Traumatic,Infective,neoplastic,degenerative conditions of spine.
Congenital spinal anomalies
Patients unfit for Basti Karma
Pregnancy and lactating women.

Name Time Method The anticipated outcome is moderately better is increasing dosage pattern of matrabasti than standard dosage pattern.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed on 9th day , 18th day , 36th day and 54th day after treatment
