Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade I and II.
2.Both gender of age 18-65 years.
3.Patients for lower limb surgeries under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with hypersensitivity to study drugs, NSAID’s group and transdermal patch-es.
2.Patients with history of skin diseases.
3.Patients with history of asth-ma, gastrointestinal disor-ders, blood coagulopathy, cardiovascular diseases.
4.History of CNS, hepatic and renal disorders.
5.Patients with history of drug abuse.
6.Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
