Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neurological level of injury C1\-C5
- •2\. Date of injury within 3 months of admission in ICU
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any head injury\- mild, moderate or severe
- •2\.Chest wall injury
- •3\.Past history of COPD, CHF, ASTHMA, OSA, VAP, ARDS
