Inclusion Criteria
- •1Primigravida with no known feto\-maternal high risk factor
- •2Between 20\-35 years of age
- •3BMI between 18\.5\-25
- •416\-20 weeks POG
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Any medical or surgical condition which precludes physical exercises
- •2BMI \>25 or \<18\.5
- •3High risk pregnancies
- •4Unwilling to participate in study
