Patients who visited an Korean medicine clinic for the purpose of health promotion rather than disease treatment and were prescribed oriental medicine
- There is no restriction on the name of the diagnosis in the medical record
- Patients who have been taking herbal medicine for more than 10 consecutive days
- There is no restriction on the type of herbal formulation (decoctions, extracts, powders, tablet, etc., and both in-hospital and out-of-hospital prescriptions are possible)
- A person who has listened to sufficient explanation prior to registry registration, agreed to participate in this study voluntarily and signed a written consent approved by the IRB
- Those who do not agree to the registry registration
- Those who have visited Korean or Western medical institutions for the purpose of treatment for a disease in the past month
- Those who have received interventions (acupuncture, chuna, etc.) other than herbal medicines twice or more during the period of taking herbal medicine
- Those who cannot read and understand the [Checklist] by themselves and respond
- Those who do not complain of any of the following five symptoms before taking herbal medicine: digestion, urine, sleep, fatigue, or stress
