Inclusion Criteria
subjects not diagnosed of any CVD complications like CAD, CVA, Renal artery disease, Peripheral artery disease
Subjects below 30% risk according to WHO/ISH risk prediction chart
Exclusion Criteria
1.Participants above 30% of risk, not under any medications for the co-morbidities. (30% and above has been recommended as the limit for non-pharmacological measures of life style modification).
2.Participants with established renal diseases
3.Participants with any acute clinically overt diseases
4.Participants with total cholesterol level � 320 mg/dl
5.Participants with low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol � 240 mg/dl or TC/HDL-C (total cholesterol / high density lipoprotein cholesterol) ratio > 8
