Inclusion Criteria
(1) According to the diagnostic criteria of stage C of heart failure;
(2) The age is over 18 years old, male and female are not limited;
(3) The clinical observation data were collected completely;
(4) The subjects agreed to test the relevant clinical indicators.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with definite multi system infection, tumor, connective tissue disease, autoimmune disease, recent operation or trauma;
(2) Moderate to severe dementia or mental illness can not cooperate with follow-up investigation;
(3) Pregnant and lactating women;
(4) The patients died in the acute phase.
