Name Time Method The study findings will benefit healthcare providers, administrators, architects, and designers, and provide guidelines for workplace design in the context of hospitals. The guidelines also help the healthcare providers to understand the employees’ expectations physical work environment and provide them with the environment they expect, which will influence the quality of services they offer. The study helps the architects and designers to improve and design better work areas for employees in hospitals. In the present scenario where the healthcare industry is making an impact focus is inevitably diverted towards a more carefully, thoughtfully, and technically designed workplace that would meet the needs of the employees in terms of their well-being, and hence the research is quite significant and relevant.Timepoint: 2 months
