1. Women presenting menstrual pain >4 in visual analog scale
2. Diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea within the past 18months
3. Nulliparous women with regular menstrual l cycles
1. Women diagnosed to have ovarian cysts , endometriosis, adenomyosis.
2.Concurrent diagnosis of other chronic pain like low back pain, abdominal or renal colic presentation during investigation
