- Female
入选标准
- •Postmenopausal women who have undergone bilateral oophorectomy before menopause
- •Within 10 years since menopause
- •BMI in overweight/obese range (Asian criteria)
- •No history of menopausal hormonal therapy use or wash out more than 3 months before recruitment
排除标准
- •Premature ovarian insufficiency (onset of menopause before 40 years)
- •History of cancer, chemotherapy or radiation
- •History of Type 1 or type 2 diabetes, hypertrigleceridemia, immunocompromised host, abnormal thyroid function
- •Contraindication to hormonal therapy (stroke, venous thromboembolism, coronary heart disease, breast cancer, drug hypersensitivity)
