Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria
2.Subjects of all gender, aged between 30-60 years will be selected.
3.Subjects fit for Basti karma
4.Subjects fit for Siravyadha
Exclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic,infective,neoplastic,congenital diseases of Spine and Cauda equina syndrome
2.Subjects with systemic disorders which interefere with the course of treatment like vascular,liver,cardiac disorders, Coagulopathies etc.
3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
