- •2.patient with classical features of Avabahuka.
- •3.subjects with chronicity of disease pertaining from 3 months to 3 years.
- •4.patient with radiological findings of frozen shoulder.
- •5.post traumatic shoulder injuries.
- •6.shoulder joint arthritis.

- •1.patient who are unfit for patra pinda swedana and parisheka.
- •2.Autoimmune disorders like SLE, RA etc.
- •3.Respiratory disorders like bronchial asthma, allergic bronchitis etc.
- •4.Uncontrolled metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus.
- •5.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •6.Critical illness like cardiac disease, carcinoma , tuberculosis, HIV, neurological disorders.
