1. Aged 18 years and 35 years;
2. Simple mental state scale (MMSE) evaluation without cognitive impairment;
3. Baker self-rating depression scale evaluation without depression;
4. BADL barthel index showed normal activity;
5. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
1. Local skin infection, ulcer, scar or hypersensitivity to acupuncture at selected acupoints;
2. Severe hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders;
3. History of epilepsy or seizure; First-degree relatives have a history of epilepsy;
4. Metal implants in the body or head above the head (except in the department of stomatology); Pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, drug pumps;
5. Unexplained, recurrent headache that is not responding to medication or taking tricyclic antidepressants, psychoactive antipsychotics, and other medications that lower the seizure threshold;
6. Skull fractures and/or severe head injuries; History of head and/or brain surgery;
7. Any other medical or medical history that affects cognitive function;
8. Persons with severe visual or hearing impairment who are unable to cooperate with the assessment;
9. With history of smoking and drinking;
10. Pregnant or lactating women.
