Inclusion Criteria

1. An adult male over 19 years of age
2. Persons with an IPSS total score of 8 or higher
3. Persons with a maximum urinary speed (Qmax) of less than 15mL/s
4. Persons with a single urinary volume of 150 mL or higher
5. Persons with more than one night urination
6. Those who have agreed to participate in this research under the signature of their own handwriting

Exclusion Criteria

1. Those who are overreacting to Alpha-Blocker drugs
2. Person with bladder neck stenosis and urinary tract stenosis
3. Persons with renal dysfunction (Creatine concentration in the serum >2.0 mg/dL)
4. A person with severe liver failure or with a history of illness.
5. Those with severe cardiovascular disease
6. A person with severe low blood pressure
7. Other persons who are not qualified to participate in this study as the Director of Research judges
