Inclusion Criteria
Adult patient aged 40-70
Clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis
Patient had been symptomatic for one month
No periarticular disease
Exclusion Criteria
Collagen vascular disease
Radiculopathy
Brucella
Knee truma
Bmi >42
Bleeding tendency
History of drug reaction

Name Time Method Knee pain. Timepoint: Before the intervention, the second, fourth and eighth weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale (VAS) score, estern Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC ) and Oxford Knee Score (OKS) questionnaires.;Knee function.
