Adult patient aged 40-70
Clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis
Patient had been symptomatic for one month
No periarticular disease

Exclusion Criteria

Collagen vascular disease
Radiculopathy
Brucella
Knee truma
Bmi >42
Bleeding tendency
History of drug reaction
