- •- who participated in the pharmaceutical medication review at the pre-anaesthesia outpatient clinic in time of hospital admission.
- •- are = 18 years old.

- •- all patients with documented drug-related problem(s)
- •Control-group:
- •- patients without drug-related problem(s) (randomly selection)
