Inclusion Criteria

Voluntariness, performed cardiac surgery, volatile anaesthesia combined with an intraoperative drug prophylaxis.

Exclusion Criteria

TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation), prolonged weaning, refusal, complications like second surgery

The current study aimed to investigate whether implementing an intraoperative drug prophylaxis leads to a lower PONV (postoperative nausea and vomiting) rate expected by the Apfel score in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.<br>The survey is conducted on the first day after the operation by interviewing patient which are extubated.
