Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient having symptoms of constipation as when bowel defecation occur three or fewer times a week with or without hard stool and are difficult to pass.
2.Patient who not take any oral laxative medication.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients diagnosed with secondary constipation like underlying general neurological disease such as Parkinson disease,multiple sclerosis, disease associated with peripheral neuropathy.
2.Patients having condition like intestinal obstruction, piles, fissure, fistula.
3.Pregnant women,Lactating mother.
