- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To study airway assessment parameters, management strategies( intubation and extubation) and its outcome in adult patients who had undergone head and neck cancer surgeries in a tertiary care centreTimepoint: All the parameters will be studied preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively over past 15 years
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To test validity of EL-Ganzouri risk index( EGRI) in predicting difficult sirway in adult patients who has undergone head and neck cancer surgeries in tertiary care centre.

2. Assessment of intraoperative airway management choices based on preoperative EGRI score

3. Correlation of radiological parameters( based on CT reporting) with parameters used in EGRI in anticipating difficult airway

4. To identify impact of EGRI on extubation practicesTimepoint: study of parameters preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively over past 15 years
