All elective and emergency procedures done in major OT complex in patients <18 years of age having head and neck cancers
1.Children with difficult airway due to congenital syndromes (Pierre robin, Treacher Collins, Downs syndrome etc).
2.Patients > 18yrs of age with head and neck cancer.
3.Procedures done in remote locations (CT scan, MRI, Interventional radiology or Minor OT complex) in patients with head and neck cancers.
4.Children undergoing surgery for retinoblastoma.
5.Children with incomplete records
