入排标准
入选标准
- •Ulcer >4 weeks duration,
- •Diabetic ulcer, non specific chronic ulcers, arterial and venous ulcers, non infected chronic ulcers, trophic ulcers, ulcer <15cm in size, Hb >10gm%, ulcer floor containing >50% granulation tissue .
排除标准
- •Screening platelet count <1 lakh/microlitre,
- •Patients with known or suspected osteomyelitis, malignant ulcers, chronic limb ischaemia , uncontrolled systemic or local infection,
- •Presence of cellulitis, gangrene, allergy to study agents
