Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients undergoing rapid sequence intubation above 18 years of age in emergency department

Exclusion Criteria

  • Trauma patients
  • Patients with airway obstruction secondary to advanced head and neck tumors and severe airway edema secondary to burns, injuries, infections.
  • Patients with contraindication to neck extension
  • Patient with history of difficult airway from previous intubation history
  • Crash intubation
  • All Pregnant patients requiring RSI
