Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients undergoing rapid sequence intubation above 18 years of age in emergency department
Exclusion Criteria
- •Trauma patients
- •Patients with airway obstruction secondary to advanced head and neck tumors and severe airway edema secondary to burns, injuries, infections.
- •Patients with contraindication to neck extension
- •Patient with history of difficult airway from previous intubation history
- •Crash intubation
- •All Pregnant patients requiring RSI
