- •BMI : 25-30kg/m²
- •Stage 1 and stage 2 HTN under medication
- •FBS : 126mg/dl - 160mg/dl
- •PPBS : 200mg/dl - 250mg/dl
- •HbA1C : 6.5% - 7%
- •Total serum Cholesterol: 200mg/dl - 240mg/dl
- •Triglycerides: 150mg/dl - 200mg/dl
- •LDL Cholesterol: 100mg/dl - 160mg/dl
- •HDL Cholesterol: 40mg/dl - 60mg/dl
排除标准
- •Type 1 Diabetes,
- •Hypertensive Crisis
- •Diabetic Complications like Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy
- •Pregnant & Lactating women, Gestational DM
- •Congenital anomalies, Venereal diseases
- •Acute and Chronic contagious diseases
- •Complicated metabolic syndromes,CVD, CHD, CKD
