Inclusion Criteria

Newly diagnosed/known case of Madhumeha (Type 2 Diabetes) with

FBS more than 126 mg/dl and less than 300 mg/dl

PPBS greater than 140 mg/dl and less than 300 mg/dl

With or without symptoms of Madhumeha (Type 2 Diabetes)

Exclusion Criteria

Age less than 30 years more than 60 years.

FBS or PP2BS greater tha 300 mg per dl (any).

Patients receiving insulin, secondary DM, gestational DM, pregnant women lactating mother
