Participants with ql tightness (side bending measurement less than 20 cm)
-Participants without ql tightness (side bending measurement more than or equal to 20 cm)
- Willing to participate in the study voluntarily by signing informed consent form.
- History of congenital or acquired spinal or lower extremity deformities such as genu varum, genu valgum, congenital dysplasia of hip ,coxa vara, coxa valga, scoliosis
- History of any recent major trauma or accident (in the past 6 months)
- History of any recent surgery involving the spine or lower limb(in the past 6 months)
- History of any congenital or acquired respiratory disorder
- Bed ridden or wheel chair bound individuals
