- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hemodynamic parameters including HR, mean blood pressure (MAP), SpO2 and (Minimal Alveolar Concentration) MAC will be recorded <br/ ><br>Secondary outcome variables including the postoperative rescue analgesia time, VAS scores and sedation scores will be evaluated. cumulative 24-h Opioid consumption, total intraoperative blood loss will be also recording. Side effects such as Hypotension, bradycardia, nausea, vomiting, shivering and pruritus will be noted and recording.Timepoint: 1.Hemodynamic parameters including HR, mean blood pressure (MAP), SpO2 and (Minimal Alveolar Concentration) MAC will be recorded at base line, at induction and 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and every 15 min thereafter till end of the procedure . <br/ ><br>2.Secondary outcome variables will be evaluated at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after surgery. The cumulative 24-h Opioid consumption also noted.

As the satisfaction <br/ ><br>Level of the surgeon based on a Likert scaleTimepoint: the postoperative rescue analgesia time, VAS scores and sedation scores will be evaluated at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after surgery.
