Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group between 18 and 65 years.
2.Body weight 30 to 80 kg.
3.Patients belonging ASA class-I & II.
4.Patients undergoing infraumbilical surgeries of duration 1-4 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients refusal.
2.Uncooperative patients.
3.Any known hypersensitivity or contraindication to Bupivacaine, Dexmedetomidine and Magnesium sulfate.
