1) Those with a forward head posture with a CVA (Craniovertebral) angle of less than 49 degrees
2) Those who have experienced tension headaches within the past month
3) Those diagnosed with neck pain and headache due to abnormal posture
1) Those with neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, mental disease, orthopedic disease, pregnant women, acute inflammation, or other diseases that may affect the experiment.
2) Those who have taken painkillers to treat or prevent headaches within the past month
3) Those who have experienced tension headache treatment within the last 6 months
