Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with acute circulatory failure
- •systolic blood pressure \<90mmhg or need of vasopressors
- •instrumentation with radial arteryor femoral arteryand central venous catheters and relative hemodynamic stability
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with atrial fibrillation,severe arrythmias,pacemakers,need for mechanical cardiac support
- •hypoxemia Pao2/Fio2 \< 100
