Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia Major
Age group: 02-12 years of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
Children below age 2 year and above 12 years of either sex.
Patients having HIV, HBV infection, Hepatic failure, DM, TB.
Patients having BT interval of less than 12 days.
Patients who have undergone splenectomy.
