Inclusion Criteria
Chief complaint of low back pain with the pain intensity over 3 points (Numerical Pain Rating Scale) over 3 months.
Has at least one direction hip range of motion limitation and/or positive modified Thomas test and/or hamstring length test.
Exclusion Criteria
Previous surgery to lumbar spine and hip
Red flag (tumor, upper motor neuron lesion)
Signs consistent with nerve root compression
Current pregnancy
Structural leg length inequality
Primary sacroiliac joint dysfunction
