Phase 2
The subjects with limited hip range of motion and non-specific low back pain. Research design is experimental study, randomized controlled trial. We have lumbar direction control exercise group and hip-targeted therapy combined lumbar motor control exercise group. Outcome is pain intensity, functional status, hip range of motion and lumbar motor control ability.
