Inclusion Criteria
All children between 4 and 12 years of age presenting with Perthes disease. unilateral or bilateral Perthes disease.
Children with early stage of Perthes disease (Stage Ia, Ib, and IIa Modified Elizabeth town classification3.).
Exclusion Criteria
Children in later stages of disease (beyond stage IIb Modified Elizabeth town classification3.).
Children with pre-existing skin conditions which may predispose them to skin damage or injuries.

Name Time Method primary outcome is the change in the range of hip joint movement from pre-intervention to post-intervention i.e. bilateral above knee skin traction.Timepoint: 1 week and 14 days
