Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All children between 4 and 12 years of age presenting with Perthes disease. unilateral or bilateral Perthes disease.
- •Children with early stage of Perthes disease (Stage Ia, Ib, and IIa Modified Elizabeth town classification3\.).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children in later stages of disease (beyond stage IIb Modified Elizabeth town classification3\.).
- •Children with pre\-existing skin conditions which may predispose them to skin damage or injuries.
