Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Head \& Neck cancer patients starting a course of post op RT.
- •2\.Surgery to one side of the neck only or Modified neck dissection.
- •3\.Patients planned for antero lateral or single lateral RT field.
- •4\.No history of previous shoulder or neck surgery or known shoulder pathology.
- •5\.Shoulder abduction active range of motion not more than 90 degree.
- •6\.Patients having no evidence of residual CA in neck or shoulder or any metastasis.
- •7\.Age more than 18 years.
- •8\.Patients who are able to carry out resistive exercises.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with bilateral neck surgery or Radical neck dissection
- •2\.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the exercise programme due to physical psychological, social or any other reason.
- •3\.Patients who are unable to give written consent
