入选标准
- •- Receiving care from one of the ID care providers, Abrona, Amarant and Ipse
- •- 18 years and older
- •- Diagnosed with mild (IQ=50-69) or moderate (IQ= 35-49) intellectual disability
- •- Having the metabolic syndrome or diagnosed with at least 2 cardiovascular
- •risk factor i.e. diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, hypercholestelomia, or
- •- Being ambulatory
- •- Able to follow instructions
排除标准
- •- Not obtaining medical clearance by physician
- •- Have physical limitations interfering with participation in the PRET
- •exercises, including neurological and orthopedic conditions.
