- •Planned surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation. Expected duration of surgery = 2h
- •Written informed consent
排除标准
- •- Mask anaesthesia or laryngeal mask
- •- Pregnant women
- •- Laparoscopic operations
- •- Thoracic surgery
- •- Operations with cardiopulmonary bypass
- •- Operations in > 10° Trendelenburg/Antitrendelenburg position
- •- Acute cardiac/pulmonary decompensation
- •- Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) according to Berlin definition
- •- Known pulmonary fibrosis
- •- Pneumonia (current or within the last 30 days)
- •- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease severity GOLD IV
- •- BMI > 60
- •- Lack of capacity to consent
