Inclusion Criteria
All women have training experience. Special training in strength training with the barbell is not required. The required techniques will be instructed to the subjects before the examination.
Exclusion Criteria
Orthopaedic abnormalities in the spine, pelvis, shoulders or legs. In addition, no metabolic or cardiovascular diseases should be present, or regular medication should be necessary (with the exception of medication for hypothyroidism).
