Inclusion Criteria

1. No acupuncture treatment in recent 1 month;
2. Age 20-40.
In addition, the following conditions must be met:
Patients with common irregular menstruation:
1. Menstrual cycle disorder, the period < 21d or > 35 days;
2. Menstrual period < 2d or > 7d;
3. Abnormal menstrual color, quantity and quality, menstrual volume < 30ml or > 80ml
4. Or accompanied by lower abdomen distension, abdominal pain, lumbar acid and other symptoms;
5. Hormone levels are generally normal;
If 1,2, and 3 match any of them, you can join the group.
Patients are:
1.10IU/L < bFSH < 20IU/L;
2. Anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) < 1ng/ml;
3.AFC < 3-6;
4. FSH/LH ratio of 2 or more
Tests should be performed on the second to fourth day of the menstrual cycle, with a minimum interval of 4 weeks. If you meet any of the above criteria, you can join the group.
POI patients:
1. Sporadic menstruation (more than 7 days after the menstrual cycle error, and more than two consecutive menstrual cycles) or amenorrhea for at least 4 months;
2. Two measurements (on the 2nd to 4th day of the menstrual cycle, at least 4 weeks apart), FSH > 25U/L
Only those who meet the above two criteria can join the group

Exclusion Criteria

1. Congenital abnormal reproductive organ development and bilateral oophorectomy;
2. Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, chronic adrenal hypothyroidism and other endocrine diseases affecting ovulation;
3. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental diseases;
4. Women with contraindications to magnetic resonance.
