Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of premature ovarian dysfunction according to 2016 criteria of ESHRE Guideline: management of women with premature ovarian insufficiency
1. Aged 18 to 40 years old;
2. Menstruation rare or amenorrhea at least 4 months;
3. Two measurements (the second to fourth day of menstrual cycle, at least more than 4 weeks interval) FSH > 25 IU / L.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with congenital reproductive organ dysplasia, or hysterectomy, bilateral ovariectomy or bilateral salpingectomy;
2. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, chronic adrenocortical hypofunction and other endocrine diseases affecting ovulation;
3. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental disease.
