Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of premature ovarian dysfunction according to 2016 criteria of ESHRE Guideline: management of women with premature ovarian insufficiency
- •1\. Aged 18 to 40 years old;
- •2\. Menstruation rare or amenorrhea at least 4 months;
- •3\. Two measurements (the second to fourth day of menstrual cycle, at least more than 4 weeks interval) FSH \> 25 IU / L.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with congenital reproductive organ dysplasia, or hysterectomy, bilateral ovariectomy or bilateral salpingectomy;
- •2\. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, chronic adrenocortical hypofunction and other endocrine diseases affecting ovulation;
- •3\. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental disease.
