Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Volunteers willing to participate and are available
  • •throughout the study.
  • •2\.Posses a mobile phone with internet facility.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Physical or mental disability
  • •2\. Already having flossing habit
  • •3\. Having long span bridge more than 3 unit
  • •4\. no orthodontic fixed appliances
  • •5\. using any medication that affects gingivitis and plaque
  • •cyclosporine,
  • •calcium channel blockers
  • •6\. adverse habits like smoking and tobacco chewing
  • •7\. wide embraseor spacing
  • •8\. severe crowding
