Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Volunteers willing to participate and are available
- •throughout the study.
- •2\.Posses a mobile phone with internet facility.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Physical or mental disability
- •2\. Already having flossing habit
- •3\. Having long span bridge more than 3 unit
- •4\. no orthodontic fixed appliances
- •5\. using any medication that affects gingivitis and plaque
- •cyclosporine,
- •calcium channel blockers
- •6\. adverse habits like smoking and tobacco chewing
- •7\. wide embraseor spacing
- •8\. severe crowding
