Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing pancreacticoduodenectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patient who refused for consent
2 Non resectable mass
3 Poor compliance with Glutamine
supplementation
4 Hypersenstivity reaction to Glutamine
5 Pregnant female
6 Decompensated liver disease patient with bilirubin level >20 mg
7 Patients with chronic renal disease.
