Body mass index 18.5-30
Candidate for elective colorectal surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Absence of severe hepatic impairment
Absence of renal impairment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Carcinoembryonic antigen. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (10 days before surgery), and one month after surgery. Method of measurement: Quantitative electroluminescence.

Name Time Method Interleukin 6. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (10 days before surgery), 12 hours before surgery and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Elisa method test.;Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (10 days before surgery), 12 hours before surgery and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: The ratio of blood neutrophils to blood lymphocytes.;Complications after surgery. Timepoint: During the first month after surgery. Method of measurement: Classification of complications based on Clavin-Dindo criteria.;Average ratio of lymphocytes to monocytes. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (10 days before surgery), 12 hours before surgery and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: The ratio of lymphocyte to monocyte.;Reactive protein c.
