Patients aged between 20 and 80 who receive regular major operation at Chungnam National University Hospital
(Major operation: Include incisions in the chest or abdomen or laparoscopic surgery and incisions in major joints (hip joint, knee joint, vertebral joint, etc.))
- Limited to American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) classification 1 and 2
- Chronic steroid users, pregnant women, acute bacterial and viral systemic infections (viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, etc.) diseases.
- Patients who received blood transfusions before surgery (within 7 days), patients who received blood transfusions before intraoperative blood tests.
- Patients who underwent nerve block to control pain before blood tests during surgery.
- Those who did not consent to the study.
- People with cognitive deficits, etc.
