Inclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant patients undergo cesarean delivery,
2. ASA physical status 1-3,
3. History of opioid dependence,
4. History of chronic pain
5. History of allergy to opioids, ketorolac, paracetamol, ibuprofen,
6. History of asthma

Exclusion Criteria

1. Body Mass Index more than 35.0 kg/m2,
2. Obstetric life-threatening conditions,
