Inclusion Criteria
Elderly volunteers in the age group between 60 and 80 years old; with hypertension; diabetes; osteoarthritis; with good adaptation to the liquid environment.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers who present cardiorespiratory; musculoskeletal; neuromuscular dysfunctions that prevent the aquatic intervention program and contraindications of aquatic physiotherapy; such as otitis; hydrophobia; urinary infections and skin lesions.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A 20% increase in flexibility assessed by the sit-and-reach test performed at Wells Bank in pre-treatment and post-treatment comparison is expected; improvement of 15% in the balance analyzed by the Berg scale and 10% evaluated by the Timed Up and Go Test in the comparison of pre and posttreatment; 25% increase in upper limb strength and muscular endurance assessed by sit-up and chair lift test and 15% in upper limbs assessed by forearm flexion test in pre and post-treatment comparison; improvement of 10% to 15% in the physical, psychological, social and mental domains analyzed by the World Health Organization Quality of Life-abbreviated in the pre and post-treatment comparison.
